Pour une installation permanente, il est nécessaire de prévoir un système de gestion et / ou de création des contenus, car vous ne souhaiterez pas diffuser le même message tout au long de l’année. Si votre écran est destiné à retransmettre des évènements télévisés, pas de problème. Il vous suffira d’allumer votre écran et le tuner TV connecté au système. En revanche, pour la diffusion de vidéos ou de messages promotionnels, il est indispensable d’être équipé d’un logiciel afin de modifier la diffusion de vos contenus. Si vous ne souhaitez pas souscrire à un abonnement XELA CONTENT MANAGER, des solutions alternatives et gratuites existent pour la gestion des écrans géants LED. La célèbre marque de players NOVASTAR a développé plusieurs applications de gestions des contenus. Nous choisissons la solution la plus adaptée à l’utilisation de l’écran, nous installons l’application et nous la configurons (synchronisation avec les écrans). Enfin, nous formons l’utilisateur aux principales fonctions d’utilisation. Pour aller plus loin, de nombreux tutoriels sont disponibles sur YouTube par exemple.
Attention, les applications NOVASTAR sont destinées exclusivement aux écrans LED (classiques, transparents, flexibles…). Ils ne peuvent pas être utilisés pour exploiter des écrans LCD.

Ces logiciels sont personnalisables pour s’adapter à votre enseigne et votre charte graphique. De même, les catégories de contenus sont adaptables aux spécificités de votre établissement. Par exemple, une application dédiée à un restaurant pourra contenir autant de sous-catégories que nécessaire pour présenter la carte.
Enfin, notre département XELA CONTENT MANAGER développe également des applications réalisées entièrement sur mesure, sur le même principe qu’un site Internet qui ne serait affiché uniquement sur votre écran.

Il est fréquent que les ETI ou les grandes entreprises souhaitent installer leur propre système de gestion de l’affichage. Dans ce cas, nous livrons simplement l’écran commandé.
